When did Portofino Bay get Club Level rooms???

I was just on the Loews site and noticed that the Portofino Bay now offers Club level rooms with continental Breakfast and Beer/wine in the evenings for some rooms. When did they start this and what is it like???
Anyone try it yet? Rack rate was $399.00 per night for late March.

It happened recently. Someone posted it on the boards. I believe it's already available, but not sure. Definitely for November.
