When can you sign in for 11 AM BoG lunch?

We have an 11:05 lunch ADR for Be Our Guest. When should we line up to sign in? Do they start signing in people before 11 or is that when they start letting lunch guests in? We are planning to pre-order.

Lunch doesn't start until 11, so I wouldn't expect to get anywhere before then.
