When can you make ADR's on-site vs. off-site?

I'm sorry, this info should be here somewhere, but I can't find it. Are ADR's now 180 days for on-site and 90 for off-site guests, or is it now 180 for everyone? Thanks!

The only difference is that onsite guests can make all their reservations at once at 180 days, offsite guests must call 180 days from each reservation they wish to make.
