When can you book 2016 trips?

Hi there! I tried searching the forum, but I am not sure what to search to answer this--

I am planning my first adult Disneyland trip and wanted to start pricing things out, but on DLR's website reservations are only available through December of this year. When does booking open for packages in 2016? Specifically May 2016? Does anyone know?

I think someone mentioned it would be the 25th/26th of this month. I read that on here, but can't say for sure.

i have also read possibly on here that some people have been able to book by calling especially for things like dapper days and getting the hotel discounts

July 29th is the first day reservations will be available for 2016.

Do you know if that's for all of 2016? We are hoping to go in oct 2016 and would love to snag good rates and hotel is possibly.

And this date is it only DL resorts? Or the resorts close by as well? I'm a FL girl so I'm so clueless how DL works compared to WDW. Thanks!!

I don't believe its for all of 2016 but I could be wrong. My guess is its the first half of the year maybe? The good neighbor hotels in the area all start booking at different times. I just booked 2 today actually for June 2016. Most probably open their reservations about a year out is my guess. And if you're checking online and dont see your dates it never hurts to call and ask! Did that today too and it worked out in my favor!
