When can we start using our DDP?

We arrive in Orlando at 9:51am and are using DME. I am guessing we should arrive at POP around 11:30ish. We can't check in until 4. Will we be able to use our DDP for lunch or not until we have checked in? Can we get all our stuff when we get there and not use our room until 4?

When you get your KTTW card at the hotel you will be able to use your credits.

You can get your card and stash your stuff before you can check into your room.
