When can we start using DDP?

We are staying at the Polynesian and purchased the DDP for our 1st trip in April. I wondered if we had to check-in to start using the DDP, or if when we arrived to the resort, we could at least pick up the cards we need to start using it. I'm not exactly sure what time we are able to check-in...but we wanted to take advantage of a meal as soon as possible.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

You can use the DDP as soon as you receive your KTTW card. (Room keys)

you have to check-in in order to get your cards, once you have your cards, you can eat away...

I am going to move this post to the Dining Plan board where our DDP experts will be happy to give you all the information you need.

You do need to check in so that you can get your key cards. Your room does not have to be ready ( they will give you a number to call back later to check to see if it is ready. ) We checked in at 7:00am so that we could get our ddp and participate in early entry. Hope this helps

Thank you so much. I thought we had to wait all day to use it, but if we get there early, at least we can use it...
