When can we have access to our points ?

Hi,

As you probably all know, I'm in the process of buying a resale. First, the offer was accepted. Second, we sent a deposit. Third, Disney approved the transaction. Fourth, we received all the transfer papers, signed them and sent the final payment yesterday.

I would like to know when, in the process, will I get access to the points to make a reservation ?

You need to close first--check to see when that is supposed to be. Once closed all docs go to Disney to show you as new owner and it takes them a couple days to get you in their system and then you can call to reserve.

Usually, you will be in the DVC computer within a week of closing. You can call MS and they'll check to find your membership number.
