When can time can I leave my house safely on BF?

LOL! That was supposed to read: What time can I safely leave my house on BF?- Talking to a kid while typing did not work out. Thanks for getting the meaning.
I'd like to run out and grab some things (cookie dough, elf sleigh) but want to avoid the BF shoppers... Haven't most made it home by now or should I wait until evening?

We went out at 7am and hit Kohls, Target, Toys R Us and Michaels and were home by 9:30 (it's a 20 min drive each way, too). We live in Northern VA so everyone was in Manassas, but there were hardly any crowds. From my experience, I'd think you'd be safe to go out anytime now. Good luck!
