When Can I Expect SW Rates From PHL for Oct. 10 - 16???

We're lookng at rates for an Oct. 10 -16 trip from PHL to MCO and the $49 One Way Internet rate looks good. When can I expect to see it for our dates, and are there any negatives attached to this fare?

Southwest released fares through October 27 on May 26 last year. In 2005 they released through October 28 on May 11 so I will be watching their website closely during that time. My sister and I will be at BCV from October 14 - 20 for our girls trip. We fly Southwest out of New Orleans and I wish I could get a $49 fare! I don't know of any negatives. More than likely the $49 fares won't be offered when the schedule first opens up. Southwest seems to be waiting a few weeks or so before offering the really great fares - at least that is what they have been doing in New Orleans (but most of the cheapest flights for mid-day flights are never available). hmmmmmm...let's see, if you fly SW in or out of Philadelphia - they'll pay you to fly them .

Many here have posted their wonderful $49 fares.

I, in Pittsburgh, booked the am my flights were released for June & am paying $100 more pp.

Hope the good news holds for you, send some out west.

Keep watching the ding fares as they will give you credit if a cheaper flight becomes available. They also released some sale dates I believe through June so maybe check them out as well. Good Luck and I hope you come across a cheaper flight!
