If you are trying to book for 2014, the package rates are not out yet. They are supposed to be released on 7/10 though.

For a room only, you can book up to 499 days in advance but you will be quoted the highest rate for the prior year.

Once they are released to the public, yup, you can. For arrivals to the end of the year which means as long as you arrive in 2014, you can stay at the same rates into January 2015 if needed. Showing up on New Year's Eve is a way to get the previous year's rates for your January vacation.
