When can I book for 2009 fre DDP?

Its available on the UK site now for bookings made up until Nov 4th.

When does it become available for booking on the US site?

In the past, it has been offered early April (other than bounceback).

You can't. It's currently available for British customers and bounceback only for summer 2009.

This discount is generally released to the general public in the US in April. No telling what they'll do this year though.
