When Calling For reservation

Ever notice the men arent as cheerful as the women? I have called about 10 times and most of the men I speak to have to ask for help, or have no idea what im talking about and arent cheerful.. When I spoke to the women they were knowledgeable and willing to help anywhere possible. Not to say all teh men are like this but the few duds I got made me say ok well I will still keep thinking! LOL

I just called yesterday and got a great guy! He seemed very upbeat and knew what he was talking about. BTW his name was Max!

I got a great guy CM yesterday, can't remember his name. All I had to do was make a deposit on our BCV ressie, and he tells me that a 2 bedroom at BWV has a AAA discount would I like to save $300 and switch. I quickly said YES!

He was very nice and helpful.

Not a room reservation, but I booked a Segway tour today with "Elmer" and he was great! But maybe that crazy name alone put me into a good mood. Anyway, he was very helpful and asked me up front about possible connections (DVC, AP, AAA) for getting the discount.

Tammyandtommy-you must have talked to the same guy as me. Very mono-tone, non-laughing.

Then I called 2 days later & talked to a girl & she was friendly & told me I could have my room specially cleaned for my son who has severe food allergies.

I've had two men help me in the last couple of days with my reservation and have been very helpful.

When I was calling for that AP rate the other day...gee...that seems sooo long ago now! lol...I got a very helpful, very enthusiastic CM who just made my day...he was telling the computer, "Hurry up, I need to get this rate for Mrs. P.!" and told me the whole time that he had his fingers crossed for me. He was great!

Then again...if he hadn't found the rate for me, I might have a different opinion.

Well for me the nicest and most knowledgable CM's I've had have been men. I've also had the best when I call in the evening about 8:00. Now I'm supersticious and I only want to call in the evening.
