So my fiancé' has never been to Disney...we are both 39. We do not have kids. We would like to go to Disney and do a few parks. He wanted to go in July but I suggest it is very hot then. I have been a lot but mainly in early Spring. When would be a good time between basically June to Sept? Rates more or less the same all those months? We plan to stay in a rental offsite from Disney. We would like to do Disney, Universal, Seaworld and maybe Discovery Cove.

We enjoyed going in early September, just after most schools were back in session. There were far fewer families, Food and Wine was happening, though it was still really hot for our tastes. We're from the Northeast, it doesn't really take a lot for it to feel "too hot". This was pre-covid though, this upcoming year might be a hard thing to predict as we get closer to things going back to the way they were.

The weather will be nicest in early June - unless you pick the very end of September. Between mid-June and the about the middle of September - I think the weather is all the same - hot and humid. Now - the end of September can be really hot, too, but you have a chance to get a few cooler days or nights. Late August/Early September - you get noticeably a few less school-aged kids - since that tends to be the beginning of the school year. But - you see a lot of the little ones (pre-school age) at that time. I'd personally pick a time when there is "something special" - like the Halloween party or F&W Festival. BUT - since he has never been - I think any point in the time range is good - so maybe pick the best time for each of you to be off work.

AImcat - hot and humid. Pick your favorite weather history website to see for yourself. Part of it is the combo of heat and humidity - makes it feel worse. Sure - you can get nice days in that time frame some years (let's say mid-80's). And some years you can hit over 100 degrees for 5 days in a row. Florida doesn't tend to "fall weather" until late September-late October. Late August/early September is still peak summer for FL.

What can we expect temps to be late August early Sept?

Hot and humid, and I mean very humid. It does not start to cool down until the end of September. September is still a great time to go since the crowds are lower but if the temperature is a big deal for you, I would wait until October. If you are thinking this year, it will be crazy busy because of the 50th so you might as well go in July or wait until November.

My fiance found out that he has June 3-10 to use for vacation. Is this going to be a miserable time to go? Crowds?

The biggest problem is that park reservations are almost all gone for that week. Right now only Epcot is available everyday.
