When are youre kids out of school? (research for Univ-Con)

So I can better plan, when are your kids going to be out for the summer? I, um, need to borrow them for Pterandon Flyers at Univ-Con! No really, I want to best turnout, so when will you all be free?

snow days??!?!!? Good thing they don't do that up here in Canada - the calendar would have to be expanded to 14 months, and the poor kids would never get a break!

I'm in Brooklyn, too, so it's also June 26th for my two DSs. And we're leaving for Universal on June 29th, so if Barry decides to have it the week of June 29 to July 5th, I'd love to meet up with you guys!

Wow, the kids in Kansas have a nice long summer vacation!

Aisling, my kids don't really have a long summer, just an early one. This year, they started school on August 14th. The big differences between here and NY (I was born and raised on L.I.) are that all our schools are fully air conditioned, and we do not take off the Jewish holidays like they do in NY. They still have (180) days of school here, just like NY.
