When are schools out for President's Week 2022?

We go every February and try to avoid President's week because it can get crowded. President's Day is so late next year, February 21, I wasn't sure if that means schools that are off President's Week will be the week of February 14th or 21st? Asking so early because we want to book DVC points 11 months out.

I'm sure we'll start the poll sooner or later, but the states that have presidents day week off will be off the week of presidents day.

In our county in GA we are always out the Friday before President's Day and then Monday (Pres Day) and sometimes even Tuesday

Our school has off just Mon & Tues in 2022, Feb 21st & 22nd.

4 Day weekend like we have this year too with Feb 14th & 15th off.

This year our 1-week spring break starts a full week after Easter,
in 2022 we get the week before Easter off and the following Monday.

Schools that traditionally have a week off at Presidents' Day will be off Feb. 21st through 25th.

My state always has a week off at the end of February which is usually the week following Presidents' Day. However, the way the calendar falls next year, we will also be off the week of Feb. 21st.

Unlike this year, schools that traditionally have off for Mardi Gras will not overlap with Presidents' Day next year and instead will be off around March 2nd.

Presidents’ Week always begins with Presidents’ Day which is always the third Monday in February. The date itself might change, but you can always look at a calendar for the year in question and see what the third Monday is.

Editing to add: Not being snarky. I have to do this myself if I am doing a book on board a ship for the next Feb Break.

Maine and Mass for starters.. I’m sure others will chime in because I know there are more. I’m in Maine and we’ve always had February vacation the week of President week and April vacation the week of Patriots’ Day — the 3rd Monday in April.

Hmmm, in our county in North Alabama the students are out on Presidents Day but the teachers have a professional development day so they work.

Rhode Island also depending on district, it’s not a statewide thing here. Maybe it’s only a New England or northeast thing?

I'm impressed that so many school districts already have calendars out for the 2022 school year! We won't see our 2021/2022 calendar until late summer 2021!

I commented with typical info, we still don’t have a calendar for next year. 2 years ago our district was actually cute to just the Friday before and the holiday itself. They brought back the full week due to the whole state following the same calendar because of covid.

Same here. No 2021-2022 school year calendar yet. But we have had February vacation and April vacation in Maine since I was in school (1978-1991) and it continues to this day.

We don't have even a suggested school calendar out yet for next year. However, the neighboring school district's is out and they only have the 21st off.
