when are member merry mixer dates announced?

Does anyone know? I'd like to go to one but not plan my entire trip around it. I will be there in early december and currently have flexibility in my monday/tuesday plans since that was when they were the last couple of years but hoping to nail down ADRs at 180+10

In 2015, DVC announced the Merry Mixer dates in mid-January (see http://www.dvcnews.com/index.php/dv...news-34607/2831-2015-merry-member-mixer-dates). That was the earliest DVC ever revealed the dates for the Merry Mixer and a significant departure from previous years. There were years when DVC did not release details about the event until just a few months before.

If you will be at WDW in early December, then there will likely be at least one, if not two, Merry Mixer events held during your visit.

Would be nice if they announced before the 11 month window so members who might not live in the area can make plans to attend - especially since the Wednesday events were eliminated. Oh well!

They seem ro be once a week from thanksgiving til a week before xmas. So I think any week you pick you are likely to have one. It's just a matter of what day and the 180 window of ADRs for me. I'd like to go but not willing to harpoon other plans to do so. I want it all! They were Tuesdays last year and I am tentatively holding that day open as my epcot day. But I think the years before they were Monday. My guess is they would not be on a super high park attendance day like the weekend.
