When are flower and garden food offerings released?

We will be at flower and garden in April! We have a TS meal reserved for each of our Epcot days, but if we see a good variety of offerings at the outdoor kitchens we will likely cancel our reservations and sample our way around the WS.

Any idea when they typically reveal what the menus are?

I don't think they change tremendously from year to year, look at last year's for a basic idea.

I agree with Lisa F, just go to DisneyFoodBlog and look at the reviews and pictures there. We never eat TS at Epcot during F&G, all our lunches every single day comes from the booths (we are AP holders so can hop) and sometimes all our meals for the day come from the booths.

They posted the Festival of the Arts menus about two weeks ago, which is roughly a month before the festival starts. If we see the same pattern for Flower & Garden, the menus should go up around the end of the month. But I agree with the above posters - the menus don't change much year to year. It has been several years since I was there for the festival but last year's menus look basically the same as I remember. New booths have been added, but the menus at the returning booths have stayed mostly the same.
