When are Fantasmic! Dining Package ADRs Released?

We are about 175 days out from our DHS day, and the Fantastic time is posted on the Disney World site, but I still haven't been able to make a Fantastic Dining reservation. Does anyone know when those open up, or a way to be notified, other than looking it up every day? Thanks!
