When are Chrsitmas decorations put up?

When does WDW start putting up the Christmas decorations. I booked for Nov 4-7 2008. This way we won't miss the F&W, but want to see some decorations. Does anyone know when they start decorating?

More recent visitors can give a better idea but I think you're going to be a little early for holiday decorations. It's closer to Thanksgiving when they go up.

November 12th was the first MVMCP this year and the first night for the Osborn lights. If you see any decorations, I think they will be minimal. We were there Halloween week this year.

We were at OKW the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, and some of the decorations were up.

They were still putting them up when we left Sunday afternoon.

Our wedding in 2006 was 10/28 and by the 1st of November at least 2 parks had decorations up - not in full, but in part. We were able to see a preview of the Osborne lights the night of November 4, 2006.
