When and where to make room request...

We are leaving for BWV in a little over a week. I'm starting to worry about getting a smoking room (not sure they asked me or if I remembered to state it when I made the reservation). Who do I call to confirm?

Check your confiirmation and see if reqests are noted (they'll be near the bottom). You can also give Member Services a call (or e-mail) and see what requests are on your reservations.

I agree with Pam. I would call Member Services, if it is not already on your confirmation. And the minute you check-in, I would really emphasize your desire to have the type of room you need.
