When and where can I personalize my magic band?

My trip is 52 days. My tickets are listed under reservation and tickets on MDE. But when I click magic bands and cards only my old bands and tickets show. I can't find a personalize button anywhere. TIA.

At which WDW resort are you staying?

When you are on teh magic band page.....look just above your old magic bands. There should be a customize to new reservation. takes you to a new page. I had a hard time finding it last time as well.

Does your new reservation show up just above the pics of the old bands? Mine does. When I click the new reservation or arrow next to it, I go to a page to customize the new bands.

When you go to the MagicBand page you should see Your Orders, this will be the first section, and when you scroll to the bottom of the section(if you have previous bands) it should show the current one and on the right it will say customize by with an arrow, click on that box and it will take you into it.

Earlier I looked at other posts, and it seemed to indicate she might be staying at Pop. So then the question is "is that reservation linked" to MDE?

If so, or once it's linked if that's correct, I actually see it different than the following.

I see it at the TOP of the page (I currently have three reservations) under "Your Orders". The one that I've started the process with says "Customize By" with a date, but the ones I haven't started at all say "Get Started" in a blue bubble.

All the older ones are under "Select a MagicBand or Card to Manage Its Status".

Yes staying at Pop. It's fixed now. Cast member said he had to reset the reservation or something along those lines. I had issues last week because none of my reservations where showing up on MDE app. Apparently I had 2 disney accounts. Who knew Thank y'all for all the replies.
