We will arrive at POFQ March 17th. I have bought diapers, swim diapers, wipes, juice boxes, snacks, breakfast items...etc. to ship to our resort.
When should I mail it?
Who do I mail it to? Does anyone have an address?
Should I mail anything else? Any suggestions, thoughts, or ideas are appreciated. Sarah

I haven't done this yet but plan to when we leave in May. If you don't get any replies, do a search because there are lots of threads on this.

Bump :)

From what I have learned from these boards if you mail it UPS - sent it the week prior. Make sure that if you are checking in on Saturday you ship the box so that it arrives during the week since UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays. If you ship it through the USPS I would send it on Monday to have it arrive my Friday. The front desk can always hold it for a few days. I am going to use UPS so I can track my package more easily.

Mail the package to:
Disney's Port Orleans French Quarters
Attn: Jane Smith
(check-in 8/2/07)
2201 Orleans Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000
Please Hold Box

As far as any other suggestions as to what to send ahead, I am still working on that myself so I don't have anything to offer :)

We shipped a package to our restor last year and are planning to again for our June WDW trip. The CM at our resort told me to write our arrival date and the name of the person who the reservation was under on 2 sides of the box in large letters so it would be clearly seen.:thumbsup2 We were to arrive on a Sunday so we sent it out on Wednesday UPS so we could have a tracking number. I sent things like small bags of chips, cereal, fruit snacks (things for breakfast) and I'm considering sending things like Lysol or other items that may cause a hold up at the airport:rolleyes: . I hope this helps. Have a great time!:wave2:
