When Am I supposed To Receive ME Vouchers and Tags?

I booked the day after Christmas and still haven't received anything. Our trip is 3 weeks away. When should I get the stuff?

I've been paid in full since before Xmas though. Besides, I have room only and that doesn't require full payment until check in. Hmm, maybe I should call them.

They usually come around 3 weeks before you leave

Disney says 3 weeks before you leave, However, many are getting theirs about two weeks before. I booked Dec 7th paid in full for a Feb 5th departure and got some vouchers and info in a plastice pouch two weeks ago. I still havent recieved the actual tags yet so I am hoping for this weekend.

My friend and I submitted our forms over the internet at different times. She received an email confirming and I didn't. I call DME and they didn't have my reservation so I had to resubmit my form. I then got a confirmation via email.

I spoke with rep at disney yesterday she told me luggage tags should arrive 2 weeks prior to arrival at disney.

Yes...they told me two weeks prior was when I should be receiving them as well....Did you get an e-mail confirmation? That was the thing I was MOST concerned about - just knowing that I was in the system!

I booked it over the phone, are they still supposed to send a confirmation?

Yes I did receive an email confirmation. I booked online. I can put in my confirmation # and it gives me details of my trip also. hope this helps!!

This is probably a stupid question...but do you get luggage tags if you're not flying? We're driving down...but I really want those luggage tags.

There are two types of luggage tags. The one we are discussing on this thread are yellow tags used only for airline luggage for people using the Disney Magical express service to resorts. However if you book a package (maybe even a room only) and drive, you should still get in your confirmation info, two regular tags that have a picture of the castle on a dark backround and when you move it around at different angles, fireworks appear. I got those as well.

Probably not...I booked online....and they e-mailed me a confirmation. They probably took care of that for you in person!

I just got my DME tags today! 15 days from departure.

Fire616, they came in regular US Postal mail.

Now, if NWA can only keep flying for two more weeks! As long as I get there is all that matters. Wouldnt it be ashame if I had to stay at WDW a few more days while they settle their differences.

We made our DME reservations about 2 months ago and we received our luggage tags today, 15 days before our flight on February 4th.

We also are leaving on the 4th, and don't have the tags yet. Normally I wouldn't worry, but our mail service leaves something to be desired. We have the same house number as the 2 streets to the east. Of course the mailman **should** see the different street names, but that doesn't stop him from delivering their mail to us every now and then. I've even gotten mail for people who live on a street in the town that has the same name as my last name (and it's not like I live in a major city or anything...it's a pretty small "village".)

Is it two tags per person for the bags? If you worked through a travel agent will the tags come directly to you our through the agent like the clear plastic pouch and confirmation stuff did?

We received a packet with the Castle luggage tags but no yellow ones. Do they arrive seperately??
