Wheelchairs at the Swan

I took my DM with us to WDW the week after Christmas. We stayed at the Swan. The last time I took her with us we stayed at the Poly. At the Poly, we got a free wheelchair for her to use for the duration of our stay. I was a little surprised when we checked in at the Swan and inquired about a wheelchair and they called a rental agency to drop a wheelchair off for us.Iit cost $7 per day!

A lot of people don't realize it, but the Dolphin and Swan are not Disney owned or operated, so they have completely different practices and policies than Disney has.
