Is there any particular area for wheelchairs at Candlelight Processional? We most likely won't have the dinner package - just can't justify those prices. If there is a designated WC area, will we have to get there even earlier?

You will need to arrive very early if you want to be sure to get good seating. There will be LOTS of guests in w/c's and ECV's. Those who have purchased the dining package will enter first, then the general line will enter. Since there is no special line for those using w/c's it's first-come, first served and there aren't many w/c spaces. If someone can transfer though they will be asked to transfer and sit in any regular seating area. If you must remain in your w/c then there are spaces with benches on either side where you can sit with the rest of your party. This area is in the back of the first seating section and then there is also seating in the very back of the theater.---Kathy

To avoid the possibility of not getting a wheelchair seat, go to Epcot when there is not evening EMH. It will be less crowded. Get in line early also. We walked up when the first showing was half way done, and there were only about 20 people in line for the next show. By the time the frist show ended, the line had several hundred people in it. It was nice hearing the music while we waited. ;)

DW and i have found the closer to Xmas the greater the crowd; weekdays a bit less; and the early shows were less crowded than the later.

all that being said the standing room at the back which is roped off provides an excellent view of the festivities, you just aren't that close. I take it to be like the movie theater, closer you are the less in view without scanning.

so assuming you have some flexibility, you can save the money for the dining and be assured you can still have a fine view of the show.
