We bought one for my mom. It is the Medline brand, but our particular model is discontinued (there are newer models available). It is a little wider than just a regular rollator to allow for a wider seat. It folds up easily to transport in the car. I agree that the smaller wheels can make pushing someone in it as a wheelchair uphill or over rough terrain more difficult than a standard wheelchair. However, since you cannot push a regular rollator with someone seated at all, it was a lifesaver when she became tired quickly and needed to be pushed. We did not use it at an airport as she didn’t feel comfortable flying by that point. I think it would have been too wide for the aisle on the plane so if you need something all the way to her seat, it could be an issue.
