Wheelchair Return Locations at Epcot

If I rent a wheelchair at Epcot's main entrance, can I return it at the IG entrance? Do they handle wheelchair/ECV rentals there?

Those are both still listed on the Disney website as places that wheelchairs and ECVs can be both rented and returned.
