wheelchair rentals

My MIL needs to rent a wheelchair for our upcoming cruise. Does anybody know of a company that can deliver and pick up at port?? We rented one last time but, we can't remember the name of the company...Brevard Med. something??

In the past when we visit WDW and needed a wheel chair I would call BW and get a name and number (it has changed everytime I call) The company knows where to drop off and pick up.

I would suggest that you call DCL and get a name. The company will know the procedure for delivery.

I know Dave from Marietta has all this info but I don't remember his site - but the information you need is as follows:
Brevard Medical Equipment, 91 E Merritt Island Causeway, Merritt Island, Fla phone 321-453-3370 - they will deliver the wheelchair to the cruise lines and then pick it up after the cruise - it cost $100.00 for 7 days. They are super folks to work with.

I can report excellant service from them. Shirley got me the number for my Mom when we cruised December 2002 and they were great. The wheelchair was upstairs by checkin when we arrived and that is also where we dropped it off when we were finished with it the following Saturday. I would highly recommend them.
