When I originally looked at the Buena Vista website over a year ago, there seemed to be add-ons for the wheelchairs. (I could be wrong and mixing up add-ons for the scooters).

Today, they only offer one wheelchair and the only add-on is a cup holder.

Are there any other companies that offer any other add-ons for wheelchairs. We have never rented one before but we will need somewhere to store a cane and somewhere to store DMiL's purse/pack would be convenient. Along with anything else any of you could recommend.

TIA!!!

1) For rentals, don't look for such.
2) If you want to buy, AMAZON has lots of alternatives.
. . . cup and bottle holders
. . . cane and crutch holders/clips
. . . walker holders/clips
. . . mirrors
. . . baskets
. . . trays

NOTE: Since my car accident with fractured ankle and two fractured discs, I have been wheelchair bound. The wife and DD#1 bought me some accessories for my wheelchair. The only thing they couldn't find was a rearview mirror for backing-up. I have found out two things regarding households with wheelchairs . . . They
. . . a) have walls-furniture-appliances with nicks and scrapes, or
. . . b) will have
.

You can always get a back pack or string bag to hang over the back of the chair. I use a folding cane and its just folds up and gets put into the back pack. Between the back pack or string bag, I do not have a strong preference. My back pack holds more so if I am taking more water, jacket or extra clothes then it works better. However, a string bag is easier to grab off the back and take onto a ride.

Or they have makeshift things like plexiglass screwed to walls
Example of nick on door...
And plexiglass panels screwed to wall in hallway.
