wheelchair accessible in carribean?

Off to pick but can anyone reccomend a resort in the carribean that can accommodate families of 6 and wheel chairs?
 
You might want to pose this question in the disABILITIES subforum. I don't know of any but I would be quite interested to find out if there are any.
