I have been thinking about it for a couple years now on spending a couple nights at the campground. Would be using the van and a tent for overflow of stuff but primarily sleeping in the van.

Problem is my friend is very dependent on her power chair. How are the restrooms and showers set up? Are they separate men/women or do they have it unisex style? And how well can a chair roll into them and do they have benches in the shower?

Pictures would be nice if anyone is able to do so when no one is in there.

The restrooms at Fort Wilderness are called comfort stations. They are scattered throughout the camping loops. The comfort stations are divided into a Men's side and a Women's side, with a laundry facility in the middle. Inside the restrooms, there is a room in the entry that has toilets and sinks, which is set up like a normal public restroom. Then there is another room in the back that is partitioned into showers. There are stalls for each shower, with a solid door. In each stall, there is a small area with a bench, and then a shower curtain and a tiled shower stall.

One of the shower stalls on each side of every comfort station is handicap accessible. It is all one big area with no shower curtain, just the solid door, and just a folding bench in the shower. Here is a link to a photo. I have more, but I see that you are requesting photos with no people in them ;):
