Wheelchair access at CRT

We have a PS for CRT, but our youngest son is in a wheelchair. How accessable is CRT to wheelchair uses ?

There is an elevator up to the restaurant. You might want them to know that your son is in a wheel chair so they can plan on sitting you on the upper level. There are 2 levels and you have to decend about 3 steps to get to the lower level.
