We all know disney is just... awesome. the bestest of the best. No place can beat it.

But we all have our little horror stories as well. I want to know what yours are?

Here is mine:

We are standing watching spectromagic our first night. I'm thinking everything is going great, the boys love it, I love it for sure... when all of a sudden wifey starts getting closer and closer. I'm thinking she's being romantic, so I put my arm around her.....

Then she is trying to occupy the same space I am. I've got no where to go, people behind me, people next to me... kids right in front of me.

Come to find out, there was a teenage mentally handicap girl standing next to her, who was picking her nose............

AND WIPING IT ON MY WIFE! Furthermore, she was putting her whole hand in her mouth and putting her slobbery hand all over my wife's face. Her parents just looked at my wife and smiled when she turned around to look at them.

BLEH!

LOL! Literally! Once my pre-teen daughter decides she is gonna be prissy towards me while we were on the boat to Epcot so I told her to get up go sit with her brother. She got up and moved but she was mad with me, well at the next stop a mentally handicapped man gets on and sits right next to me picking his nose.. My family just thought this was hilarious b/c I was freaking out..

Personally, I find the OP comment to be repulsive! I've got my flame suit on! Go ahead! He/she admits that the person is mentally challenged and then continues to complain about their actions....count your blessings!!!!

Having a panic attack on Alien Encounter back in 2003! :scared1:
I had done the attraction before and loved it, but for some reason this one time.....it was during the E-Nights and about 2am in the morning. I think because I was the only one in the attraction had something to do with it!
Yeah, me and the alien..... Your mind can play evil tricks on you! :rotfl:

Alright: put your flame suit on.

Simply having a mentally handicaped child does NOT mean that you can allow said child to do anything she wants to do, anytime.

It was disgusting. And that's coming from two people who WORK in hospitals, in healthcare: She's a nurse, I'm a respiratory therapist.

That girl, mentally handicapped or not, ruined the parade for us. Do I blaim her? Not at all. It wasn't her fault at all.

The parents who stood by, watching it all happen, and SMILING at my wife... now, they are the one's I blaim.

And the fact that the poor girl is mentally handicapped does not change the fact that her actions were disgusting.

When my dad and I got stuck on Small World in Disneyland...for almost an hour...:scared1: LOL!

Actually at the time it was maddening but now it's sort of funny even if we did miss our fastpass time for Indiana Jones. But as it turns out it broke down that day anyway...

That reminds me about the Carousel of Progress and it stopped and we sat there wondering what to do, and some people got out while we sat their waiting for CM's to tell us (yes I realize we are sheep) what to do.

It turned out magical in a way, because though it was our last ride on our last trip there, we got to get out in the back of the ride and walk around to the front. We got to see "Disney behind the scenes" with that walk and it was interesting to see a normal looking loading dock sort of area just beyond the "Magic".
