What's your trip budget?

I like to take $1,000 each trip for groceries, ADRs, and such. We usually end up bringing some home. This year we paid cash for a rental car and still brought some home. We're awesome.........*wink*

Our last trip we (DW and I) flew for free + $10.00 on SWA, Garden Grocer delivery $135.00 and when we left BWV after the 8th day we had $381.00 from our checkout bill.

We did everything we wanted and the only place we ate TS at was Mama Melroses.

Yep...... I'm getting cheap in my old age!

So I never really broke it down since things are purchased in advance and we don't actually think about what we've already laid out when planning how much $$ to bring when we actually go. I'll give it a try

Airfare for up to 2 average high & low seasons for year $1700.00
My AP renewal $ 419.61
DH's 10 day PH no expire (1 trip per year) apprx 3 yr use $ 241.00
Food & Alcohol for 2 for 6 days (1 trip per year) $ 800.00
Food & alcohol for 3 shorter trips per year 1 person $ 750.00
Backstage tours/private events per year approximate $ 500.00
souvenirs for the year approximate $ 500.00
TOTAL $4910.61

Adding in MF's- average out of pocket (see below) $1450.00
TOTAL $6360.61 per year

That's as much figuring as I've ever done. We usually buy the plane tickets months in advance, pay them off when the bill comes. We use Rewards dollars towards our MF's lowering them by between $700-$900 per year out of pocket. My AP is also charged and paid off once a year, in a month we don't travel.
