I change mine really regularly as my phone has a micro sd card that I put into my netbook then drop songs onto it from iTunes then copy these onto my phone, really simple.

Reid - It's really easy to get ringtones for the iphone. I've got well over 400 for mine, I like to change mine quite regularly.
