I've been reading a book about personality types and found this quiz online.

When I took the quiz I came out 38% Melancholy and 38% Phlegmatic. Usually you get one dominant area and one secondary area.

Here are my Melancholy personality weaknesses:

Remembers the negatives...dh would vouch for this one
Moody and depressed...yup, can be.
Enjoys being hurt...not so much
Has false humility ... Well I don't think so
Off in another world ...I don't see this one.
Low self-image ...sometimes
Has selective hearing Depends who's talking
Self-centered ...guilty as charged.
Too introspective ...Well, I did post this thread...
Guilt feelings Not yet
Persecution complex I don't think so.
Tends to hypochondria Oh yeah! I come from a long line of hypochondriacs.

My Phlegmatic weaknesses:

Unenthusiastic check
Fearful and worried goes along with the hypochondria
Indecisive not usually
Avoids responsibility yeah, sometimes
Quiet will of iron is that a nice way of saying stubborn?
Selfish
To shy and reticent not usually
Too compromising maybe sometimes
Self-righteous Again, I don't think so, but maybe others would.

Thanks, the general theme of the strengths and weaknesses were pretty much on. Some on both sides weren't right, but in general it was a pretty accurate description of me!

I am phlegmatic dominant with Sanguine secondary. Seems kinda weird, since they seem like polar opposites. Well, I am an Aquarius, and we are supposed to be back-and-forth all the time.

I am 35% phlegmatic and 35%choleric so it gave me a cholericphlegmatic personality, the problem is that i think anyone can apply these things to themselves and its funny cuz as I was reading one, it totally contradicts some of the otehr, but otherwise, pretty spot on.
