I'm watching what I eat too. One of my favorite treats is Light and Fit vanilla yogurt with a couple of teaspoons of pecans. It tastes so good!

Mine - pickled okra!!

I make a Redneck Salad with pickled okra spears on top and pork rinds instead of croutons- we laugh and enjoy!

New favorite- creamy Havarti cheese with dill....mmmmm...

Cocoa roasted almonds!

Dry roasted almonds that are dusted with cocoa powder and a little splenda. Tastes like candy but no sugar!

Ooh, those are good! The cinnamon sugar ones are awesome as well.

I have recently rediscovered my love of hummus - especially roasted red pepper hummus

Mmm, I may need to stop at the store today and pick up some hummus. Haven't had any in a while and that so good on a nice spring day like we are are having today.

I think my new thing is Hummbles (chips made from hummus) and Hint water (blackberry). Yum!
