What's your learning disability?

Hi all,
I was wondering does anyone has learning disability on board. Mind is written dysxia and I can write worth a darn. I know it.

Plus I have AHDD.

Make it so bad is I have IQ of a genuis.

Show me something one time and I got. No more teaching need.

yeah I have an extremely short attention span, I'm usually doing 7 or 8 things at a time because I can't stay focused long enough to finish any of them, I call it multi-tasking :-D

but I have a memory that frightens people and a brain that soaks up information better than the leading paper towel

I forget things that people have told me. One time, I forgot that a friend of mine's father died...and I went to the funeral!!!!

But I can recall the lyrics of songs from 30+ years...even when I haven't heard them in 20 years or more.

I have inattentive type adhd.

I also have a pretty severe LD in math.

It's not uncommon for those with learning disabilities to have higher IQs.

But I have PADD Pay Attention Deficit Disorder. And

SHL Selective Hearing Loss .Can't here the frequency band of DW's voice

I also can't spell or do things Grammaticly correct.

I have a problem that is labeled "visualization and verbalization" according to what you would read on the Linda Mood Bell website.
It is a common problem for people who can read but then don't know what they just read.

However, I am doing something about it! I have been going to the library and meeting with a tutor and have seem drastic changes in my reading. I love to read now and I hated it before.

Good for you that getting help. So many people label us as stupid with LD that's funny. They do not realize that we have high level IQ thatwe make them eat there words alot label us stupid.
