What's your favorite World Showcase?

Hmmm, favorite showcase.....first I would have to say Mexico because of the wonderful atmosphere. I don't care how outdated the boat ride is, I still really enjoy it. Love going by the temple and the volcano, it just seems so real.

Then I would have to say France! I love their gardens and shops. I speak a little french and it gives me the opportunity while I'm in the showcase to see what I can remember.

Finally, I love the shops in the UK. DH and I purchased some lemon cologne, lotion and soap on our last trip that was wonderful! I can't wait to pick it up again!

The UK is my favorite. Love the garden, love the shops (esp the hand creme shop), love the CM's, love the architecture. I also enjoy listening to the British Invasion (think Beatles early years).

Japan would be #2----love the atmosphere and restaurants. The big shop is fun too.

Hey, I love 'em all, but I'll share a few things my family loves about Japan. The store is huge, lots of fun things to see and buy, my kids love the Japanese animation stuff, candies, especially Poky. The garden is an oasis, lush and cool, with waterfalls and koi ponds, fun little bridges. My kids love to play here, it's our favorite spot to take a park break with a cool drink or kaki gori (shave ice). We call it our zen garden! The drummers are wonderful, candy lady, baseball exhibit. We have eaten at the counter service, but not the sitdown, but I hear that's good. Enjoy exploring WS!

I love it all! Because of Norway's ride and movie, we actually went to Norway, and it was wonderful. The mountains, fjords and people were just as described.

I'm so happy to read that there are others who enjoy Mexico's ride as much as I do!

I'm glad I don't have to pick just one, I couldn't do it!

Count me in on Mexico....great food, enjoy the ride..especially with a fussy baby.

Second is Canada...my dh and ds love steak..and they love it there...I love the movie.

Third...Norway..great ride, great food!

Fourth...tied for fourth..China and UK...shopping, gardens are great.

France and Mexico!!

France is beautiful at night, by the fountains. Also I love the shops and pastries hehe.

Mexico is especially nice during the day when you walk in and it's nice and cool and the twilight atmosphere is gorgeous!

With that I say... Mexico.

El Rio del Tiempo is great for my little ones. Relaxing, no wait, they like the fireworks. The restaurant inside always smells great, but we have not eaten there yet.

This year I finally had my Dos Equis as I watched I Illuminations... Ok it was two Dos Equis... and the rest of my wife's margarita. But it was the first time since our honeymoon that we have any liquor at the house of mouse.

My 4 year old son's favorite part of the world showcase is the train in Germany. He can watch that thing forever. Which was nice for the first 30 min. or so. There is a bench right accross the walkway so we sat there and watched him go over the bridge and down the walkway again and again and again just watching the trains. It was a nice break, but even after sitting there all that time he still got upset when we told him it was time to move on.
