What's Your Favorite Scrapbooking Magazine

DH gave me a subscription to Memory Makers Magazine for Mother's Day and I really like that magazine. I haven't read any of the other scrapbooking magazines and was wondering what was everyone's favorite.

I think my favorite at the moment is Simple Scrapbooks. But I also have subs to Creating Keepsakes and Memory Makers. Of the three I'd have to say my least favorite is MM, but that's partly due to their customer service. (I renewed for 2 years and was supposed to get 2 extra issues - that's what the form said that I sent back to them. I've called and written several times to point this out but no change on end of sub date so I won't be renewing when it runs out this time.)

I subscribe to PaperKuts and Ivy Cottage. I used to subscribe to Creating Keepsakes, but the LOs in there are so over the top for me. When I pick up a magazine, I want something I can get ideas from... realistic ideas. The LOs in CK are beautiful, but just too over the top for me. I'll renew my PK subscription but definitely not my IC!! The magazines NEVER get to me before they're out in stores (if they even come). I'm a simple scrapper, but a lot of times, the LOs are just not inspiring. (No offense to people who put their hard work into those LOs.) Sometimes, their pages are blurry and several times I've gotten the magazine AFTER deadlines for either entries to contests or for LO submissions.

I guess the reason I chose Memory Makers is because I have gotten a lot of ideas from their books, particularly the Baby and Toddler scrapbook ones. I do like the magazine too but like you said about Creating Keepsakes, many of the LO's are just too much for me to do. I wish I had more time to scrapbook as it is a big stress reliever for me. I need to check out the other scrapbooking mags as the only one I have ever seen/read is Memory Makers.

I think I subscribe to way too many, but my favorite is Simple Scrapbooking. I just bought a new one that I liked the other day too, Scraping Trends. Simply Sentiments is also real good for card ideas. And I agree about CK. I read it cause I just like to look, but they are way over the top for me.
