What's Your Favorite Mixed Drink??

My favorite is a margarita on the rocks salt on the rim, I also like Gin and Sprite.
Quick Everclear story, while we were still dating my DW who doesn't drink very often had invited me to her apartment for dinner, when I arrived I noticed she was drinking Purple Passions and knowing her low threshold I asked how many she had, she was working on her third, she thought they had the same amount of alcohol as wine coolers, needless to say her roommate and I had a fun evening watching after her we have black mail photos and all.

I don't think I have just one favorite, I like so many.

I usually like to start my night with a Kettle One and Tonic, although if Belvedere vodka is available, I'd rather have that.

After that, I like Mind Eraser shots. Yum, yum, yum. On my birthday last week, had a little too many.

In the summer, I like any frozen drink, but I really like Rumrunners with floaters or shooters.

If anybody is in Ft. Lauderdale, they have the best martini bar. When I was there, I had Smores Martini, Strawberry Shortcake Martini, Health Bar Martini, Chocolate Martini, and the list goes on and on. Just talkiing about it makes me want one SO bad.

Has anyone ever tried a Blue Motorcycle? If you think a Long Island Ice Tea is strong, the Blue Motorcycle will knock you on your butt!

Seeing as many of us "drink" people said Margaritas or Frozen drinks...... Here's a question for all of you that have been to WDW?

Have you ever tried the Fiesta Margarita (multi layered frozen margaritas) from the stand in Mexico in Epcot?

So yummy with the sugared rim!

I'm a girlie drink kind of girl too -

frozen strawberry margarita (yes, Mac, those fiesta margaritas are yummy!)

when I don't want a girlie drink I'll just have a barcardi coke.

One of my favorite drinks was on a cruise we went on, a mango tango. Mango daquiri layered with pina colada - oh that was good!

I'm more a light beer drinking kind of gal, but I do enjoy a Bloody Mary when we go out for dinner. Sometimes, I'll have a frozen daquiri or margarita, but usually only on vacation.

oh, I almost forgot - frozen mudslides! Applebees has the best ones, IMO. I'm long overdue for one of those!

I mostly like beer. A guy thing I guess. Sam Adams is my favorite.
But sometimes I like a change of pace and like vodka tonics with a lime.
Another drink I loved when we were on the Disney Magic Cruise was the "Konk Cooler". It's similar to a pina colada. We had them at Castaway Cay. I tried a recipe that somebody came up with on the cruise board and it was damn close to a real Konk Cooler. Here's the recipe in case you would like to try it.

Konk Cooler:


-1/2 can of cream of coconut (coco lopez) or one 12oz can frozen pina colada mix (I prefer coco lopez. you can get it at a supermarket or liquor store)

-3 ounces light rum
-3 ounces dark rum
-1/2 of a 12oz can frozen passion fruit juice concentrate(Welches)
-4 oz of orange juice
-2-3 cups of ice
-Mix all together in a blender until very fine and smooth


It's Awsome! Enjoy it

I still stick with a spoon full of cream of coconut, a couple of shots of Maliburum, a splash or 2 of milk, and a scoop of really good chocolate ice cream, whip it up, and your in chocotropico heaven!
