I didn't see a thread like this anywhere and thought it was a really interesting question. So, what is your favorite land in the Magic Kingdom and why?

For me, I think Frontierland remains my favorite land because it seems much simpler than any of the others. Even in its layout, the big crowd-causing attractions like Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain hide their lines from the majority of the old town area where Country Bear Jamboree is at, which makes it always seem less crowded than lands like Tomorrowland, even though there probably isn't much of a difference when you take into account people on splash and big thunder. I feel like it does a great job of "relaying fond memories of the past" not because I grew up in any place like an old western town, but because the place I grew up seemed much simpler than it does today. I think most people would agree that they consider their childhood a simpler time, and attractions like Country Bear Jamboree are so carefree and filled with joy that it really makes me feel like a kid again.

Nevertheless, I'm interested to hear the reasoning behind everyone else's favorite land.

Tomorrowland - I have a lot of childhood memories centering on Space Mountain, The People Mover and the Astro Orbitor. My grandparents lived in Kissimmee and when I visited over summer break, they would take me. Great memories...

Too difficult to pick just one. I love the theming a dn rides in Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, and Tomorrowland. Fantasyland, meh. Too crowded. Main Street, I liked it better as a child when it was more than just two rows of shops

I feel like the fantasyland area was better when it had Mickey's Toontown Fair. There are circus's that set up in the parking lot of my mall that look just like Storybook Circus, so I don't really find anything particularly special about that area of fantasyland. Seven Dwarfs and Under the Sea were great additions, but the circus area could be more than it is right now.

There are things I really like about fantasyland too. But if we're talking your fav, I just feel squeezed every time I walk near Peter Pan, the teacups, or Its a Small World. I simply prefer the other lands more
