Since "FAT" seems to be quite the hot topic here lately  what are some of your favorite meals/treats to indulge in at WDW?
It's ok to answer even if you're not fat! :P
I've been on Atkins since 1/27/04 and am down 40 lbs and don't have plans of going off it anytime soon because I have a lot moreto lose. BUT when I'm at WDW - try as I might - I know I'll fall off the wagon here and there.

Here are some of mine:
nachos at the cantina in EPCOT or El Pirato Perico at MK (when it's open)
the eggs benedict at the Kona Cafe
all-you-can-eat breakfast potatoes and BACON at the Whispering Canyon Cafe
a cheesesteak from Cosmic Ray's with CHEESE FRIES!
the little potstickers at O'Hana
a hot dog from Casey's
a chocolate chip cookie from the bakery on Main Street

So please share and tell us what are your favorites - heck some of them might even be relatively healthy! ;)

Mmmmmm..maybe something decadent (sp?) from the Boardwalk Bakery. One of our last trips I got their chocolate cake and it was heavenly!

Jill

For me it is fudge! They have a really wonderful creamsicle fudge and when we where there in December they had a great candy cane fudge. Yum Yum!

One of my favourite treats would be a banana milkshake from Beaches & Cream....slurp....yum! :teeth:

Oh my goodness, it has to be breakfast at Boma Yummy!!

Ice Cream, actually annything really because everything taste better at WDW. :teeth:

Congratulations, Noel, that's great. :bounce: Keep up the good work.

While there in Dec, for about 10 days or so, I can very honestly say I was able to stay on Atkins 100%, not a 'cheat'. So many good choices. True, a few treats of the past I passed by, but not really too difficult.

For lunch, at MK, how about a Paul Bunyan Half Pound Bacon Double Cheeseburger (hold the bun, for $.30 discount) at Pecos Bill's, then loaded up with the fresh sides? DELICIOUS!!!!!!

French fries with dinner, french fries with lunch, and maybe some home fries with breakfast! :hyper:

My DH also stayed true to his Atkins diet while at WDW in January.... he had two very minor "cheats" which included one bite of Dole Whip (I had never tried one before, so it was a must for me, despite Weight Watcher!) and one bite of a soft pretzel. And those were truly the only cheats he has had for over one year. I am so proud of his will power. Wish I had it.

I did love the Dole Whip and my Mickey ice cream bars!! But my biggest splurge was a caramel apple to share with my DD from the candy store on Main Street!!........................P

mickey bars, pineapple floats, casey's hot dogs with everything on them, apple cinnamon beaver tails, anything from the Main Street bakery, frozen cokes from Peevey's, creme brulee at CG, meatloaf and s'mores at 50's Prime time............

Those wonderfully strong and fruity rum drinks at the Banana Cabana (CBR) and the Tambu Lounge (Poly). Backscratcher and Goombay Smash are two of my faves.

All the wontons drenched in peanut sauce I can eat at 'Ohana.

Skol Brod/School Bread from Kringala Bakery.

Frozen Cokes.

Dole Whips.

Creme Brulee from France at Food & Wine Fest.

That awesome little cream filled ganache iced chocolate cake from CBR food court.

Everything at Boma.

100% Kona Press Pot Coffee with Cream at Kona Cafe.

Yum yum yum!

Thanks Dan!
Actually DH and I were checking out the menus online for WDW and we both said that Pecos Bill's would be a great place to order a bunless burger and load it up at the fixin's bar! :)

for a double cheeseburger .......now can you believe that.......and also the steak and cheese sub from Cosmic Rays......hey every thing at disney is better then at home......but those hamburgers are delicious.....I can hardly wait

Those ice cream sandwiches made on fresh cookies that you can get in Liberty Square. Also Mickey Bars and Churros with a frozen Margarita.

Yummy Yummy thread....mmmmm

Ice Cream Sandwhiches made with CC cookies.

Huge meal at O'Hana's

Dole Whip

and the best Caramel apple I have ever had...mmmm

Alas, no more dairy for me on my next trips...I am lactose intollerant and my Fav ice cream at Ghiraldelli's made me very sick this trip:(

DH says:

Potatoes with Afritude at Boma's
Puffed french toast thingies at Cindy's breakfast
O'Hana's Chicken wings...
Orange Chicken in China
SOnic Burger with Potato Puff off site at Sonic

I cant say I indulge in one special treat at WDW because I indulge on everything there. I diet and exercise at home so that I can pig out on vacation....thats what vacation is all about. ;)
Some of the things Im looking forward to in July(and what I think of while on my daily jog) are...

Many frozen drinks by the pool
Nachos at ESPN
Funnel Cakes in America at Epcot
Chef Mickeys Breakfast...a little of everything, especially the Breakfast Pizza
French Toast Loaf at MK Bakeshop
LA Lasagna at Planet Hollywood
Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe
Ohanas dinner...again, everything
Ice Cream from the Main St Parlor.

I could go on.
;)

I LOVE Creme Brulee (I notice someone on the DIS has the tag about creme brulee)--I would love to hear of all the place at WDW to get Creme Brulee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is true, DH and I had a very late night snack with Dan that week and he only ate the cheese on the pizza!! :p:p

I think my favorite is Ghirardelli Ice Cream!! That stuff is awesome! :)

Hey...you guys have given even MORE things to try!

My trip is coming right up (see countdown timer in siggie) and all I can say is ZEBRA DOMES....heck, who am I kidding, everything at Boma!

My travel companion (PixieMagic) e-mails me every day just saying....chocolate mousse, chocolate mousse, chocolate mousse! She's wild about the SUGAR FREE mousse at Norway.

There will be some cocktails by the pool this trip, as this one is supposed to be relaxing. I have a three hour walk planned and I know the hot tub followed by a cool beverage and a poolside lounge chair (and probably a nap!) will be in order.
