Currently, I think my favorite pavilion is Germany. It helps that Biergarten is one of my favorite restaurants. I also enjoy all of the shops and, while I have certainly never had an issue with any of the cast members in World Showcase, I always find the Germany cast members to be exceptionally kind and friendly.
United Kingdom is also really high up there. Admittedly, it was higher before they got rid of World Showcase Players, but I still enjoy looking around all of the shops and having a relaxing break in the gardens. Back in 2005, I was sitting back there when Alice came out randomly and started playing with a young girl who was taking a break with her family. That's a favorite memory of mine.
I also love Japan for all of the reasons people have mentioned.
Mexico probably comes in fourth on my list. I'm one of the few people who really enjoys the ride there. And I don't just mean, "Oh I'll ride it when everything else has a long line". I genuinely enjoy the ride and don't feel a trip is complete without riding it. I'd probably put it above multiple rides in Future World. I also love the ambiance of the shops inside the pyramid. Oh, and it always smells so good! I don't really care for the food, which is depressing because I really want to. My husband loves, it though, and I always enjoy the atmosphere when we eat there.
Norway used to be really high on my list (was battling Germany for the number one and number 2 spots on my list), as well, but that was before they changed Maelstrom. We are going to try the new Frozen ride next week and see how it goes, but I'm one of those people who is a little annoyed at the fact that they got rid of a ride about Norway to put in a ride about a fictional land. Akershus is still a major favorite, though, as is the counter service restaurant. Like Germany, I find the cast members here to be absolutely exceptional. I also wear Laila daily so I have a constant reminder of how much I love this pavilion. I'm hoping I still love it as much now that Maelstrom is changed, but need to stress that I LOVED Maelstrom. Not exaggerating when I say it was my favorite ride in Epcot.
Morocco definitely falls somewhere in the middle. Tangerine Cafe is probably my favorite counter service restaurant on property and I love strolling the pavilion, but I never find anything I want to buy and am not really dazzled by the street performers. Still a very solid pavilion as far as I'm concerned, though, and is only this low on my list because so many other pavilions are just so darn good. No real complaints here.
American Adventure is definitely lower than all of the ones mentioned above. I love it during Flower and Garden Festival because of the concerts (but I will admit to missing the Flower Power Concert Series - darn you flower power bands for getting older) as well as Candle Light Processional in December and and concerts during Food and Wine Festival. Voices of Liberty are certainly excellent and I have enjoyed the show when I have seen it. However, with it being 30 minutes long, I don't do it with my family very often. I'd rather spend that time exploring all of World Showcase. I think the dining is unacceptable, too. It would be nice if they would change it to where the food was intentionally from specific areas of the US and said where it was from. For example, serve us some Memphis-style ribs, a Philly cheese steak, some Texas chili, a Georgia peach pie, a Boston cream pie, etc.
I don't particularly care for and don't really spend much time in: China, Canada, France, and Italy.
