What's your favorite "easy" mixed drink?

My fav would be peach schnapps and oj (fuzzy navel) or peach schnapps and cranberry juice (my mom got me hooked!) I also like the smirnoff ice triple black drink, as well as barcadi o!

My new favorite is Malibu rum with diet coke with lime::yes:: Very tasty and very easy.

Another Malibu fan here!

I like Malibu with fruit punch. (it tastes better with Welch's fruit punch but I can not find it lately so I used the regular Hawaiian Fruit Punch - still yummy!)

I recently tried pink lemonade (kool aid) and Malibu and that was pretty darn good too!

Smith and Kerns (sp?)

kahlua and cream topped with coke. You might actually use vodka, but I am such a light weight that I am happy with just the kahlua!!!!

My husband would say, "Amarula" He discovered this at Boma and since has special ordered from the local liquor store!!! It is very similar to Baileys.

Amaretto Sours are easy to make and really yummy. I might keep a small bottle of it in my fridge. ;) I use 2 parts whiskey sour mix to one part amaretto.

Amaretto sours are my favorite too!! I don't use whiskey sour mix though, I use sweet & sour mix. Those aren't the same, are they? I'm not a big drinker so I don't know.

In any case they are very YUMMY!! Mmmmmm I would love to have one right now...::yes::

How about a mint julep? Crush some fresh mint leaves into a tabelespoon of sugar, add bourbon and club soda and YUM.

Or the Cuban favorite: mojito. Same as mint julep, but use white rum instead of bourbon and add a twist of lime.

:D

Captain Morgan's spiced rum and Coke or Diet Coke or Jose Cuervo margarita mix and tequila are favorites of mine and extremely easy.

Nope, sweet & sour mix and whiskey sour are two different things. I've tried both, and I prefer the whiskey sour mix. Just personally, of course!

Sam's and Costco sell a bucket of strawberry margarita mix. Pour in the rum, throw in the freezer, and scoop out when it becomes slushy. Very yummy and oh so easy!

Mailbu Rum (coconut rum) and Cranberry juice..
Makes you feel like you are on a tropical island.
Especially nice this time of year!

Or
Mimosa... champagne and orange juice!

i love Sex on the Beach!

Slippery Nipples are good too - it's a shot of half bailey's and half butterscotch schnapps. ::yes::

my girlfriend really loves Fuzzy Navels - it's like a screwdriver with peach schnapps. :teeth:

I'm afraid my easiest mixed drink usually turns heads and I get lots of horrified looks. It's one my dad taught me.

It's tomatoe juice, V8 or Clamato (whichever you prefer, I'm partial to Clamato) poured into a tall glass of ice cold beer. It's awesome.

One that's not so easy to make but my #1 favorite is a VERY mildly dirty Grey Goose martini, straight up with a couple of jumbo gorganzola stuffed olives.

I also like Cosmopolitans --

1 1/4 ounces vodka (about 2 1/2 tablespoons)
1/4 ounce Rose's lime juice (about 3/4 tablespoon)
1/4 ounce triple sec or Cointreau (about 3/4 tablespoon)
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 cup ice cubes

Garnish: lime twist

In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish drink with lime. Makes 1 drink.

-----------------------------------
Chocolate martini -- YUMMY!!!
Ingredients:
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. White Creme de Cacoa
Hershey's Hug or Kiss

Shake with ice, Strain and serve up in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sugared cocoa powder or hot chocolate mix.
Place hug point up in the bottom of glass last.

----------------------------------------------
French martini --

Vodka – 1.25 ounces
Chambord – 0.5 ounces
Fresh Pineapple Juice – 1 ounce
Pour each of the above into a tall bar glass. Add Ice. Shake vigorously using a shaker. Pour into a chilled six-ounce martini glass.

Don't knock it till ya try it but Wild Turkey and OJ goes down easy and will nail you to the floor.

See? I knew I wasn't the only one that at least knows what they are! They're also called Tom Boys. Nevertheless, ask a bartender for one or the other and more often than not, you get a blank stare!
