What's your favorite 50's Prime Time Meal?

The Pot Roast for sure, though the fired chicken is good too. I miss the fried cheese so much!

Well we all ate different things: DH had Pot Roast, I had Fried Chicken, DD had Pork Dish, and DD had meatloaf on kids menu. It was all wonderful, but the best item we all had were the milkshakes, I had PBJ and it was to die for!!!

I'm sorry I just can't chose between Aunt Liz's Golden Fried Chicken & Mom's Old Fashioned Pot Roast! I love them both. :goodvibes

Wow, that's hard but I would have to say either the Pot Roast or the Fried Chicken. :thumbsup2 I just remember getting the fried chicken and the side of greens and thinking wow, this taste just like my mom's. When you can say that about any restaurant food then you're doing good.

I had the pot roast, and DH had the fried chicken...they both are amazing! DD had the mac'n cheese and chicken noodle soup. She's a very picky eater, but she ate it all!
Best of all though...the PB&J milkshake...OMG!!!! Yum!!!

Not the healthiest but I love the onion rings, fried chicken and smores

The vegetarian stuffed pepper is amazing here. Quite possibly in the top 5 meals I've ever had at Disney in the last 20 years.

Don't you know that "healthiest" doesn't belong anywhere in the conversation about dining at Disney???? :lmao: ;)

Don't you know that everything at Disney is fat-free and low-cal? ;)

Pot Pie!!!!!! :faint: Delish!

Ready to drool, 50s PTC lovers?

A week from tomorrow...that's lunch!!! :cloud9:

Another for THE POT ROAST!
I got the meatloaf a few years ago and was very disappointed even though it was pretty good, but wished I'd gotten the pot roast. But on that trip I snatched a piece of former dgf's fried chicken and it was great. I got that earlier this year and was NOT disappointed. Next time I'll just go twice.

My favorite is the Chicken Pot Pie, but it is only on the lunch menu. We had dinner ressies last time, so I couldn't get it. Next time, I'll be sure to make ressies for lunch.

Okay...you guys have me starving! I'm wondering how many weight watchers points my next meal will be! :lmao: Hopefully by October, I won't be so strict with my WW points! But, I think in Oct we will go for lunch instead of dinner...I'm anxious to try the chicken pot pie. Plus, I'm definitely going to try one of the PB&J shakes...but I'll also have to have a brownie sundae for dessert! :rotfl: (BTW...why don't they have a "stuffed" smilie??? You know...kind of what we all look like after we eat at the 50's cafe????!!!)

As the band Queen would say...

Just gimme gimme gimme.... Fried Chicken!
