What's your experience with buying from HSN?

I've bought a few things from QVS but never HSN.

I prefer QVC. I bought something from HSN last month. The process was almost identical to QVC's. Everything went smooth. I'd recommend them.

I receive a product from them on auto-ship and have never had any type of trouble. I think their CS has improved over the last few years.
