What's your experience w/shuttle at Buena Vista Suites?

What's your experience w/shuttle at Buena Vista Suites in the summer? We're staying there in July. Do they run enough of them or are you stuck waiting in the morning to get on a bus? How often do they run? If we want to go to Contemporary for dinner, can we get there? Please tell me what you experienced... it's a big factor for me. The good deal is only good if we can get to the parks without too much hassle.
