What's Your Disneyland Splurge?

We stayed for our 15th anniversary. Not only did they decorate the bed and give us buttons, we got balloons, an autographed picture of Mickey and two fastpasses to be used on any ride in either park (except TSM which had just opened). The room looked awesome with all the flowers and petals...they decorated the floor, the bed and the bathroom (sink and bathtub).

We stayed in concierge too! We got the rose petals on the bed, buttons, and a discount coupon for pictures! I guess each person does it differently! Yours sounds much better!

And on that note, I don't expect anything then. We're just staying in the standard room (not even paying extra for a "view")

I have heard they do this for standard rooms too! I just thought concierge would get extra things, but that is obviously not the case. Have a great time! :)

Our splurge this last time (June 13-18) was going to the Blue Bayou for the first time! Everything was perfect about it -- awesome "by the water" seating, great food and even my DS age 6 ate his meal! I would definitely do it again...I think it might even be better than character dining!

Monte Cristo ....$22
Cookie Boat....$9
...... Having people yell "Hey! THROW ME SOME CHICKEN!" as they float by.....Priceless!
