What's your definition of "Crowded"?

It depends on the attraction.

We've been off peak and still seen waits for ToT of 90 mins! I wouldn't wait more than 45 mins for a major attraction (although we accidentally waited that long for Peter Pan once). We waited that long for POTC last trip. But for some attractions I wouldn't wait more than 5 mins! I also tend to FP the big ones.

We've been pretty spoiled by going to Disney either in Sept, Oct, or 1st week of Feb. so for me, crowded is 20+ minutes

Although I voted for 45-60 minutes as being crowded, I wouldn't actually wait in a line that was that long. We're spoiled by going frequently in the off-season and anything longer than 30 minutes means we pass it up. We'll be back later when the line is shorter.

I voted anything over 30 minutes to be 'crowded'. After the reports from the park from the last week or so - I'm now officially nervous about how busy the parks will be the week of Sept 10 while I'm there.

I voted 45-60. But in a way my vote is misleading because you said "per attraction" which implies all attractions have that wait or longer. I have been Christmas week and was able to wait very little for TTA, HOP, Spaceship Earth and other such attractions. But Soarin for example had a three hour wait. So I would say 45-60 is crowded beyond belief if I had to wait that long or longer for every single ride/attraction. And crowded to me also means I am waiting for 15-20 minutes to go to the bathroom like I did at Epcot on NYE! I am okay with a park where a headliner has a 60+ minute wait as long as I can do something, even it is just walking around without feeling like I am in a sardine can.

I personally would not wait 45 minutes to an hour for an attraction, but I would consider the parks crowded if the this was the wait time at the majority of the attrations on a given day. I will wait 20 to 30 minutes but if it is longer than that I'll grab a fast pass and go on to something else.

We vote for 45-60. We always go in June, July or August, so a little wait is OK with us.
